A child’s life can be constantly filled with organised activities,structured toys,tv and computers.We need to remember how important time for free play is to a child.Play helps children to manage their emotions,to develop social skills,to pretend and practice role play and to build creativity.Why not fill a box with items such as a child safe mirror,small cardboard tubes,old tickets, a large sheet or some safe cutlery (the list is endless) and let the children explore,play and learn.
